Volley Champ!

For a year or so, it has been my dream to be able to play volleyball again. Yes, I dreamt of that. That is why when I learned that our company will be having a tourney for volleyball, I quickly joined. During my first games, I was so frustrated and maybe devastated with the way I played the game. As far as I can remember, I love playing volleybal as a matter of fact I've been playing since elementary til highschool. I even joined inter village or inter town tournaments. Although I wasn't that good, I know I wasn't that bad also compared to my play for our company tourney. Maybe because I'm getting old?? No I'm not, i just have to fine tune the way I play and regain confidence again. Will I achieve it? Maybe I don't know.

Although suffice to say I was contented now knowing that my little dream came true. Not only did I satisfy myself with every games that I played but also proud that our team was included in the championship! As a matter of fact, we were the CHAMP! Yey I'm "doubly" happy. Here's the teaser sent by the company for the champ...and man I am proud hahahahahah....

A Holy Man

Ten years ago I cried because I saw the Pope during World Youth Day. I did'nt expect my reaction to be like that. I was stunned. I stand in awe of him. I told myself that this person is really a holy man. He has a different aura that will led you to tears. Today, I am deeply saddened with his passing from this earth. Today, I cried because a holy man was gone. I know there are not so many of them. His loss is indeed felt. Although, I feel this way I know that God has better plans for him.
